Warranty Information
- All sales are final.
- In the event a part is defective within the warranty period the standard warranty is good for a one time part replacement ONLY or money back in the event a replacement cannot be found.
- Damaged parts are not warrantied.
- Unless otherwise stated on the face of the receipt, no other warranty is made or implied, when the warranty period has expired, it is final. There will be no exceptions.
- Seller is not responsible for buyer’s error. If you bought or requested the wrong part, or decide you no longer want/need the part; there will be a 30% restocking fee. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping.
- We reserve the right to inspect any product being replaced.
- If you alter ANY part that is under warranty, the warranty is automatically VOID.
- THERE IS NO RETURN ON ELECTRICAL PARTS.
- If you purchase a part that is for a non-exact application or to use the part in a manner it was not intended for, there is no warranty.
- If you are purchasing powertrain or drivetrain parts for a modified vehicle (this is to include lifted trucks), the part will be sold with a guarantee at time of install with no warranty after.
- All engine and transmission pans must be resealed.
- Warranty period starts the day the part is purchased. We are not responsible for the delay of install due to time conflictions of installer.
SPECIAL ORDER PARTS
- Special orders are non-returnable unless part is defective. – Special order parts must be paid in full before they are ordered.
- SELLER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYS IN UPS OR FREIGHT SHIPMENTS. FREIGHT DELIVERY IS BEYOND THE SELLER’S CONTROL.
ENGINES
- If installed by a professional with proof, used engines are guaranteed for 100 days against cracked blocks, cylinders, excessive oil consumption & excessive smoke. We DO NOT guarantee carburetors, fuel injection parts, gaskets, distributors, water & fuel pumps and other miscellaneous engine parts. These parts are left on for the installer’s convenience.
- If not installed by a professional, used engines are guaranteed for 30 days against cracked blocks, cylinders, excessive oil consumption & excessive smoke. We DO NOT guarantee carburetors, fuel injection parts, gaskets, distributors, water & fuel pumps and other miscellaneous engine parts. These parts are left on for the installer’s convenience
- It is recommended that the buyer replace the timing belt, rear main seal, and inspect gaskets prior to installation. We are not liable for failure of these parts.
- In the event of a defective engine, a refund will only be issued if a replacement can not be found.
- In order to receive core credit, all fluid must be drained and core returned within 14 days of purchase. (If fluid is not drained, there will be a $25 fee.)
- We do not guarantee mileage on used engines.
- If you are purchasing a .7 mopar engine, you will need to install a new intake manifold with proof of purchase and installation for there to be any warranty.
- WARRANTY IS VOID IF HEAT TABS ARE MELTED OR REMOVED
- WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER CATASTROPHIC FAILURE, IMPROPER INSTALLATION, OR ABUSE.
TRANSMISSIONS (30 DAY WARRANTY)
- No warranty on gaskets, seals, or electronics causing transmission failure.
- It is the responsibility of the installer to replace the radiator or transmission oil cooler, flush the transmission oil cooling lines, fill differential, adjust shifter mechanisms, replace filters, replace seals, replace pan gaskets and reset computer codes when installing a transmission.
- In order to receive core credit, all fluid must be drained and core returned within 14 days of purchase. (If fluid is not drained, there will be a $25 fee.)
- We do not guarantee mileage on used transmissions.
- WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER DAMAGE OR FAILURE DUE TO IMPROPER INSTALLATION OR ABUSE.
AUDIO EQUIPMENT & COMPUTERS
- If applicable, it is the buyer’s responsibility to obtain theft lock codes on audio equipment from the dealership. The Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) for the part you purchase will be on the invoice you receive.
- In some cases audio equipment and computers may need to be reprogrammed to your vehicle’s VIN number to operate correctly. We are not responsible for this service.
